BBQ Chicken Pizza--Individual size!

Introduction

This is a delicious low-calorie pizza that is both filling and easy on your hips! The whole wheat tortilla makes a light crispy crust that will satisfy even the pickiest of eaters! This is a delicious low-calorie pizza that is both filling and easy on your hips! The whole wheat tortilla makes a light crispy crust that will satisfy even the pickiest of eaters!

Ingredients

    2 ounces of boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked and chopped finely)
    1/4 cup 2% reduced fat shredded cheese
    1TB bbq sauce (I like sweet baby ray's)
    1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
    1 Mission whole wheat tortilla

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Heat a pan on med-high heat and then add sliced onions. Let cook until the onions turn slightly golden. Add a splash of water and let the onions soften until carmelized.

Lay tortilla on an ungreased baking sheet and top with BBQ sauce, onions, chopped chicken breast, and then cheese. Bake on the bottom rack of the oven (to increase crispiness) for 7 minutes, then raise to a higher shelf for the next 3-6 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
