Ingredients

    cumin, garlic salt, ground ginger, ground mustard, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf, oregano... to taste...

Directions

Just put it all in a crock pot and fill it up almost to the rim with water. The beans will expand a LOT as they cook. This makes an entire crock pot of food. you can add spices at any time - add rosemary and thyme early though because they need to get tender, and make the house smell nice.
Its done when the beans are cooked - if you are having a really hard time getting the beans to cook - add water - they need to absorb it to expand :)
