Basic No Frills Chicken Soup

Ingredients

    16 cups of Chicken Broth + 2 cups of water
    2 Chicken breasts cooked and shredded
    2 Carrots chopped
    1 large onion chopped
    Kosher Salt
    Fresh Ground pepper (course)

Directions

Add all ingredients to large pot, bring to boil for 10 minutes to allow flavors to combine, reduce to simmer for 30 minutes. Calorie total does not include rice or noodles, this is a basic chicken soup that can be embellished with your favorite noodles or rice. I like mine with cheese filled tortellini's. Makes 16 1-cup servings
