Introduction

This is a low calorie full flavor alternative to the calorie packed chicken salad I love this on a sandwich or on triscuits. This is a low calorie full flavor alternative to the calorie packed chicken salad I love this on a sandwich or on triscuits.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Cooked and shredded chicken
    1 c Fat Free mayo
    1/3 c craisins or what ever fruit you prefer Apples are really good too.
    1/8 c chopped pickles
    1 T brown sugar
    1/8 to 1/2 t cayenne pepper
    1/4 c chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

MIx everything together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let the flavors blend. Serve on whole wheat bread or Triscuits. If this recipe has too much sugar take the brown sugar out and add applesauce in the place of the sugar.
