Ingredients

    1 cup of Cottage Cheese, Nonfat or Farmers cheese fat free or low fat
    1 cup of fresh shredded radish
    1 dash of salt
    half of cup of green onion
    2 tsp of fat free yogurt
    2 tsp of chopped Parsley

Directions

Put the cheese a bowl add yogurt , radish, parsley, salt mix it all and serve . you can serve it like a sandwich or a dip .
