Paleo Turkey Veggie Soup

Ingredients

    1 pound Ground Turkey
    carrots
    mushrooms
    zuchinni
    summer squash
    onion
    garlic
    Bok Choy
    olive oil

Directions

saute turkey onions and garlic in olive oil. add veggies and broth - cook either in a crock pot for serveral hours or on the stove and hour plus. Makes approx 8 servings.
