Introduction

I came up with this after really wanting hummus but not having garbanzo beans or tahini in the house. It's fantastic with pita bread, raw veggies or in a wrap with chopped red bell pepper and olives. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 - 15 oz can of great northern or cannellini beans
    1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
    1/2 tsp cumin

Directions

Mix all in food processor until smooth. 4 servings.
