Ingredients

    2 soft tofu blocks
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup egg white
    3 scoops of unflavored whey protein Powder

Directions

blend in blender all ingredients one by one, add tofu, salt, egg white and 3 scoops of unflavored whey, mix well. Spread mixture into flat oven pan on 400 degrees for 25 to 45 mins or until lightly brown. cut into small cracker size rectangles and let sit for 5 mins or until cool it should be hardened like a cracker if not let cook longer.
