    Jalapeno Peppers, 5 pepper (remove)
    *Squash, summer, zucchini, includes skin, raw, 245 gram(s) (remove)
    *poblano pepper (1 pepper), 1 serving (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 375 grams (remove)
    Lentils, 1.85 cup (remove)
    Beans, navy, 2 cup (remove)
    *Tomato Paste - Unico (2 Tbsp), 11 tbsp (remove)

Directions

broil poblano with half of oil
meanwhile, heat the rest of the oil and brown meat with onions and garlic
add all ingredients except for almond meal.
cover and simmer
1/2 hour before serving, add almond meal and simmer uncovered
