Introduction

Baked Bruschetta chicken Baked Bruschetta chicken
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs chicken cutlets in chunks
    1 cup tomato bruschetta
    1 cup kikkoman panko breadcrumbs
    1 cup part skim mozzarella

Directions

Mix panko and bruschetta in a small bowl,
Cut up chicken and place in baking dish sprayed with Pam
take 1/2 the cheese and layer it on the chicken
Add remaining cheese to the panko/bruschetta mixture
Spread the mixture on top of the cheese
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
