Ingredients

    * (1) 45g packet President's Choice Blue Menu Multi-Grain Instant Oatmeal, Original flavour [Ingredients: Rolled Oats, Rolled Barley Flakes, Rolled Wheat Flakes, Oat Bran, Rolled Kamut Flakes, Rolled Spelt Flakes, Oat Hull Fiber, Guar Gum, Salt, Millet Meal. ---No added sugar!---]
    * (2) tbsp. Whey Protein Isolate Powder [Weight: 10g.]
    * (3/4) cup Blueberries, frozen, unsweetened [Weight: 100g.]
    * (1/8) tsp. Cinnamon, ground
    * (2) tbsp. Almonds, slivered [Weight: 15g.]
    * (1) tsp. Brown Sugar, packed
    * (1/2) cup Milk, 1% [Weight: 120g.]

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in one microwave-safe bowl, stir to mix (it will look dry, but the blueberries will thaw and give off liquid in the cooking process), and microwave on high for about 3 minutes, depending on how you like your oatmeal. (I like mine thick, so I do 3 minutes and then let it sit for a minute out of the microwave!)
2. Remove from microwave, stir, and enjoy! :)
