Taco Salad

Ingredients

    .25 cup salsa
    .25 teaspoon olive oil
    .5 sm. onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove,chopped
    3 oz. very lean ground beef (Venison)
    .5 lge. tomato, diced
    .25 cup kidney beans, rinsed & drained
    1 tablespoon sour cream light
    .5 teaspoon cumin
    .5 teaspoon chili powder
    1 tablespoon Cilantro
    2 cups,romaine lettuce
    1oz. shredded cheese
    6 Tostitos Baked Tortilla Scoops

Directions

Combine salsa and sour cream and set aside. Heat oil and add onion & garlic, cooking & stirring 2 minutes. Add beef
(venison) & cook 5 minutes. Add beans,cumin, chili powder & cilantro. Cook till heated through and beef is done. Spread lettuce on plate. Top with meat mix, tomatoes, salsa& sour cream mix & cheese. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes 1 serving.
