Meatloaf

Introduction

I just updated my mom's meatloaf recipe to healthier ingredients and ommited things I don't like. You can make it with 1 lb hamburger, 1/4 lb sausage, 1/2 cup chopped onions, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 2 eggs, 1 8 oz can tomato sauce, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper. Blend and shape.     *Jennie-O Turkey Breakfast Sausage, Ground (4oz.), 1 serving (remove)
    *eggs, All Whites, 100% Liquid Egg Whites (3 TB = 1 Large Egg), 6 tbsp (remove)
    *Hunts Tomato Sauce (1serv=1/4cup), 4 serving (remove)
    *Great Value 100% Whole Grain Old Fashioned Oats, 1 cup (remove)
    *MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Black Pepper, freshly ground, 0.25 tsp (remove)

    Shape into loafs and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
