Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 pound stew meat
    1 pck beef stew seasoning mix
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 package baby carrots
    3 stalks celery diced
    3 large potatoes diced

Directions

Dredge meat in flour, brown in 2 tbsp oil. Add seasoning mix and 3 cups water, cover and simmer one hour. Add next 4 ingredients, turn to simmer and cook for another hour or until vegetables are tender.
