Ingredients

    2 chicken breast chopped, 1 large carrot sliced, 2 celery sliced diagonally, 1c cauliflower, 9 small potoes cut into 1/4s, 2 scallions, 2c chicken stock.

Directions

brown chicken, mean while, in a large pot add all ingredients, when chicken is slightly cooked add to pot boil, till veggies are cooked. thicken with cornstarch.
