Introduction

I just made this for dinner... Ilike the kick the lemon juice and mrs dash gives this recipe and it will fill you up and i like to pair it with a high protein diet to loose weight fast. Ingredients

    Carrots, cooked, 3 carrot
    Celery, cooked, 3 cup, diced
    *Onion, cooked, 2 cup
    *Leek, bulb and lower leaf portion, cooked, boiled and drained, without salt, 1 serving Mushrooms, cooked, 3 cup pieces
    *Green Giant Peache and Cream-whole kernel corn-1/2cup-125ml, 1.5 cup
    Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, large (about 7" dia)
    Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup
    *Chicken simply stock Knorr, 200 gram(s)
    Water, tap, 7 cup (8 fl oz)
    Basil, 10 leaves
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 1 tsp
    Salt, 3 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 3 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, 2 wedge yields
    ginger
    garlic
    olive oil

Directions

Very easy... chop all veggies to the size you prefer. The sautee with 2tsp olive oil and garlic and ginger (as much as you want) then throw in knorr stock mix together then add 7 cups of warm water then add your spices to your own taste...
