Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Lime

Introduction

Don't like brussel sprouts? Try fresh. Adding lime to mixture gives it a little bit of a tangy taste. Not overwelming but just enough. You can also substitute lemon juice if you'd prefer. Want more citrus flavor? Add some lime or lemon zest! Cut each serving by 20 calories by only using 2 tablespoons of oil! Don't like brussel sprouts? Try fresh. Ingredients

    1.5 lbs cleaned brussel sprouts, cut in half
    3 tbsp vegetable oil
    juice from 1 lime
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp pepper

Directions

Steam brussel sprouts 3-5 minutes then toss with remaining ingredients. Place in a baking dish and bake 30 minutes at 350 stirring occasionally. When finished, broil for 1-2 minutes until browned on edges slightly.
