I made this for Thanksgiving and the family really enjoyed it. I would suggest one thing though - make the cream cheese layer and refrigerate for an hour before putting the pumpkin on. Adding the pumpkin without doing this made for an irregular layer of the cream cheese didn't affect taste though. - 11/26/08

I'd like to know what's healthy about fake whipped cream and fake pudding. Why not just make the real thing and eat less of it? Losing weight and keeping it off should be about a change of habit, not eating junk. - 9/25/12

This is yummy! I actually made it in parfait glasses without the crust so that I could cut down even more on the calories. I had girlfriends over for dinner and it was a big hit! - 3/2/08

Love it! It makes a wonderful parfait, also & saves the calories from the graham cracker crust--unless you crumble it up for a layer and sprinkle some on top! Absolutely a favorite & I make it year-round. - 5/12/09

This was ok, not as good as it sounded. If I made it again, I would probably use 8 oz cream cheese for the first layer and more pumpkin spices. It lacked flavor. - 5/28/08

Ok I haven't made THIS particular recipe but I have one for something very similar. Instead of the vanilla pudding use butterscotch - and for the crust you use ginger snap cookies and 1/4 c butter - I know that makes it more calories - but it's really yummy! - 11/22/07

How can this be a HEALTHY recipe when it includes so many artificial ingredients? Have you read the ingredients of lite whipped dessert topping and sugar-free instant vanilla pudding?
Low cal, sure, but healthy? I think not. - 9/26/12

I made this for thanksgiving and substituted splenda for my dad who is diabetic. We were all impressed. I might have left out the first layer myself, but everyone else thought it was a great twist. I especially loved how quick and easy it was to make! - 1/3/08

I love pumkin, for me it just wasn't enough pumpkin flavor with the cream cheese and whipped topping. I'd make it in a pinch, but not my favorite flavor. - 11/22/07

I agree with SERENA999 and GREENHOME1 -- this recipe contains too many artificial ingredients to be labeled "healthy." Not something I want to put in my body; I'll stick with a crustless pumpkin pie with traditional, REAL ingredients, thank you. - 9/6/14

I made this pie for a pumpkin night with friends and although the flavor was there, the consistency was not. For some reason the filling did not thicken enough and was very sloppy to eat. Not sure what was wrong there, but still tasted good! - 10/30/12

I made something very similar to this WITHOUT the cream cheese, sugar and pie shell...more like a pumpkin mousse and I will definitely make again! Sensational! - 12/2/08
