Introduction

This is a Campbell's recipe that can be made in the oven or the crock pot (with alterations). I made this recipe in the oven. My family liked it so I will be making it again! Ingredients

    2 cans 98% fat free condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 cup water
    4 large carrots sliced
    1 box (6 oz) uncooked Uncle Ben's original recipe long grain and wild rice
    4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts (mine weighed about 2 lbs raw)

Directions

Stir the soup, water, carrots, rice and seasoning packet in a 9x13 inch casserole. Add the chicken and turn to coat. Cover. Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour or until the chicken is cooked through.
