Pork Chop Dinner

Ingredients

    6 pork chops 1/2 inch thick, fat removed
    1 tbs. butter
    3 large carrots sliced this
    1 1/2 cups water
    1/4 cup Kraft Free Catalina salad dressing
    2 apples, skin on, coarsely chopped
    1 pkg stove top sutffing mix

Directions

Coat pork chops in mustard. Melt butter in frying pan. Brown pork chops for 6-8 minutes until the juices run clear. Remove from pan. Add water, catalina, and carrots. Cook 6-8 minutes until carrots are tender. Add apples and stuffing mix, combine. Place pork chops on top, cover, remove from heat. Let sit 6 minutes.
