Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Forbidden Rice, 1 cup uncooked
    Water, 2 cups
    Broccoli, frozen, .5 package (2 lb)
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 340 grams
    Cocktail shrimp (frozen)-Kroger, 5 serving
    Hoisin Sauce, 3 tbsp
    Ketchup, 2 Tbsp
    Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Onion, 2 large, chunked

Directions

Pour rice into pan with 2 cups cold water, cover, bring to boil, turn heat down and simmer for 20 minutes until done. Meanwhile, saute in olive oil pan carrots and onion. Add broccoli, corn, and shrimp and saute for 10 minutes until shrimp and vegetables are heated through. Add hoisin sauce, garlic powder, soy sauce, and ketchup mix thoroughly. Stir in rice.
Serves 6.
