Ingredients

    4 ounces chilled canned pumpkin
    1 cups cold skim milk
    8 teaspoons sugar
    1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    8 or so ice cubes

Directions

This makes 2 servings.
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Add ice-cubes until you reach desired constancy.
3. Enjoy!
