8 medium apples, peeled and sliced thin
2 cups of your favorite whole foods granola (I used peanut butter almond)
1 stick margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup quick oats
2 tbsp cinnamon
Mix flour, granola, oats, and butter. Spread over apples
Bake at 375 at 45 minutes until apples tender and crisp is crisp.
