Italian Meat Balls

Number of Servings: 50

Ingredients

    36 oz lean ground beef
    1 cup italian bread crumbs
    1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (either fresh or fridge type)
    2 eggs
    2 teaspoons garlic

Directions

Add all ingredients together and mix with hands. Ball into 1 1/4 inch balls. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Makes approx 50 meat balls. Calories are based per meatball. These also freeze well for later use. Make the big batch and take out only what you need.
