Introduction

I use this salsa at all my gatherings and people eat it so fast, I never can make enough! I use this salsa at all my gatherings and people eat it so fast, I never can make enough!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    6 Roma Tomatoes
    1/2 Large Red Onion
    1 Large Red Pepper
    1 Large Yellow Pepper
    3 Jalepenos
    3 Garlic Cloves
    2 Limes
    Cilantro
    Kroger Salsa Seasoning Mix

Directions

Dice Roma Tomatoes, Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper and Onion and put in a medium size bowl

Depending on the heat, when dicing jalepenos, if any seeds are added to salsa, it will increase the heat.

Dice jalepenos and garlic cloves and add to bowl

Remove stems from cilantro, cut and add to bowl

Add the juice of 2 fresh limes

Add the Kroger salsa seasoning mix

Mix all ingredients together
