Ingredients

3/4 cup of each of the following:
Jicama
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Carrots
Celery
6 oz chicken breast (canned used for calculator)
Directions
Chop all ingredients to a uniform size and season with fresh cracked pepper and/or any herbs you want. Fresh chicken breast would be better but this is what I had on hand and it was tasty! I topped it with a tablespoon of Catalina salad dressing.
