David's Meatloaf

Introduction

David's basic meatloaf David's basic meatloaf
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Ground chuck, 16 oz
    Ground pork, 16 oz
    Medium Onion, chopped
    Celery, chopped, .25
    Egg, 2 eggs
    Bread Crumbs, .25 cup
    Bacon, 2 slices
    Red Pepper Flakes, .25 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp

Directions

Preheat to 350 degrees

Lightly beat eggs

Chop onions and celery

Mix chopped onions & celery into chopped meat

Add beaten eggs, then bread crumbs

Add seasonings

Mix lightly, then form into loaf, place in loaf pan or baking dish

Top with two slices of bacon

Refrigerate briefly to set.

Cook 350 degree oven for 55 minutes
