Ingredients

    1. 3 chicken breasts halves
    2. 3 garlic cloves
    3. 1 Tbsp olive oil
    4. 1/4 tsp salt
    5. 3/4 tsp salt free lemon-pepper seasoning

Directions

Mash the garlic and mix it with olive oil. Brush the oil mixture on both side of chicken breast halves. Sprinkle with salt and lemon-pepper seasoning. Let stand for 10 min. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken breast for 12 min turning once.
