My healthy tuna patties

Finely mince the onions and celery and added to drained tuna. Beat egg slightly and add to mixture. Add Salt & Pepper (to taste). Add flax seed and oat bran. How much for the ingredients? especially the flax and oat bran. I don't cook with them much am just learning about them so I need to know how much plz. Would like to make these but need amounts. Thanks - 5/29/11

Since I am a "throw together" kind of cook I just mix things til they look right. Start with 1 1/2 t. flax seed and about 1/3 cup of oat bran. You want the mixture to stick together but not be too dry. It depends on the size of egg you use. The point is to keep it moist enough to stick together.
