Chocolate Milk Gelatine Dessert

Number of Servings: 4


    2 tbsp skim milk powder
    2 tbsp dark cocoa powder
    4 packets of stevia
    1 package unflavored gelatine
    2 tbsp hot water, almost 2 cups of cold water (total water should equal 2 cups)


In a small bowl combine skim milk powder, cocoa and stevia. Add 2 tbsp cold water. Set aside.
In another small bowl, take 2 tbsp of the cold water and sprinkle gelatine over it. Let it sit for a minute or two. Add the 2 tbsp of hot water. Mix. Pour into a blender with remaining water and milk mixture. Blend for a minute or two. Pour into dessert dishes.
As the dessert sets it will have layered look to it, so clear dessert dishes or champagne glasses would look nice.

OPTIONAL: top with shaved coconut, chocolate or crushed nuts. Nutrient info doesn't include garnish.

Makes 4 servings 1/2 cup each
