Introduction

This is a wonderful substitution for mashed potatoes. This is a wonderful substitution for mashed potatoes.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups cauliflower
    .25 cup 1% milk
    1 oz cheddar cheese

Directions

Steam cauliflower and add to food processor. Add milk and cheese and process to desired consistency. Feel free to get creative with the spices. Salt, pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes, chili powder, and red onion are all great options.

Makes 2, 1 cup servings.
