Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 1 lb
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Soy Sauce, .5 cup
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Corn Starch, .25 cup
    brown meat
    add onion, garlic and green pepper
    cook untill tender
    add broth, and soy sauce
    cover and simmer 10 mins
    thicken with water and cornstarch like gravy
    serve hot over rice
    not included in nutritional value

1/2 cup of cooked rice= 2 ww points
