Lowfat Shrimp and Crab Quiche

Ingredients

    6 oz Chicken of the Sea, Premium Crab (2.5 oz)
    1/2c tiny cooked shrimp, frozen or fresh, chopped
    2 Tbsp Good Housekeeping Chile Lime Marinade
    1/3 c green onion
    1/2 c reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
    t chili powder
    2 T flour
    1 c fat free milk
    4 eggs

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 and spray muffin tins with nonstick or butter spray.

Chop the shrimp up and marinate the shrimp in the chile lime marinade for at least one hour.

Mix eggs & milk, beat until blended. Set Aside.

Mix all other ingredients. Put this mixture in 12 muffin tins. Pour egg/milk mixture over each.

Cook at 375 for 45 minutes.
