Introduction

I am into the 20 "Superfoods" therefore I wanted something that incorporated some of the foods on the superfood list and tastes great. This recipe is simple, healthy and satisfying. Everything I was looking for:) Goes well over rice and adding a little cheddar cheese gives it a kick. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can of black beans
    1/2 green bell pepper diced
    1/2 medium onion diced
    3 cloves of garlic chopped
    1/2 tomato
    1 tbsp of garlic powder
    salt to taste
    1 tbsp red pepper sauce

Directions

Simple- after preparing the veggies, just mix all but the tomatoes together and heat in a pan over medium heat. Once heated through add the tomatoes and serve.
