  • This is a great recipe to break down for one person. Also, if I slice the chicken I find I can use about half the pesto and lose none of the flavor - which means more pesto for later dishes! - 1/23/13

  • I have loved this recipe since I first came across it on allrecipes.com. I use Classico pesto - delicious!! - and I find that using grape tomato halves creates a fancier appearance and imparts better flavor and texture than plum tomatoes. So yummy! - 6/20/12
