IntroductionBeef, Pork & Veal Meat Pie Beef, Pork & Veal Meat Pie
Ground Beef, Ground Pork, Ground Veal ( All lean if you can find it)
3 medium size potatoes
frozen pie shell ( deep dish)
Tyme, Sage, Poultry Season & Salt & Pepper to taste.
fry the beef, veal & pork with the onions, add spices.
drain all fat.
boil potatoes. (mash)
Meat and mashed potates together stirring till well blended but not mushy..
put into pie shell and top with other pie shell.
bake at 375o for about an hour..
