Ingredients

    1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    1 stalk of celery
    1/2 red bell pepper chopped
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 clove of garlic minced
    2 tbsp red wine vinegar

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste or add own herbs
