Ingredients

    2 15oz cans great northern beans, drained and rinsed
    1/2 Cup tahini
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 T rosemary, chopped
    1 T sundried tomatoes in olive oil, chopped
    1/4 t cumin
    2 t salt
    1 T balsamic vinegar
    1/4 Cup water
    dash of cayenne
    black pepper to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth or desired consistency.
