Jeannine's Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

Introduction

I took a spark recipe submitted by LYZ219 and changed it for my family's taste. I took a spark recipe submitted by LYZ219 and changed it for my family's taste.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast, boneless, skinless
    1 package frozen broccoli, steamed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 T reduced fat mayo
    3/4 cup canned or frozen corn
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup 1% or fat free milk
    1 small onion, already sauted in 2 tsp butter

Directions

Boil Chicken until done and drain. While chicken is boiling, chop an onion into small pieces and saute in 2 teaspoons of butter and put broccoli in steamer for a few minutes to soften it up. In a square or round casserole dish, mix mayo and soup. Add broccoli, chicken, corn, onions, milk and cheese, mix well. Bake at 350 for at least 20 minutes. Check to make sure middle is hot before serving. serves 4
