Spicy Shrimp Stew

Ingredients

    Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.50 large (remove)
    Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)
    Crab Supreme, imitation crab meat, 1 cup (remove)
    Kirkland Raw Shrimp - tail on, 16 oz (remove)
    Fresh Garlic Minced, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 6 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)
    Tomato, crushed, 1.5 cup (remove)

Directions

Add chicken broth to pot. Add all veggies: onion, celery, bell pepper, carrots, fresh jalapenos(to taste). Add tomatoes, garlic, oregano, and bay leaf, salt&pepper to taste. Cover and simmer until vegetables are all tender (roughly 20 min) Lastly, add shrimp and imitation crab and bring to boil then turn off heat inmediatly. Garnish with Cilantro, Avocado, and /or lime wedge. (Avocado not in calculations above)
