Delicious Tuna Salad w/ Apple and Cranberries

Introduction

Healthy and very tasty tuna salad! There are fresh apples and dried cranberries in this recipe. It is so easy to make! Healthy and very tasty tuna salad! There are fresh apples and dried cranberries in this recipe. It is so easy to make!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1- 12 1/2oz Tuna in water, canned, drained
    2/3 c dried cranberry
    1 Fuji apple, chopped
    1 lg fresh celery stalk, chopped
    4 T salad dressing

Directions

Chop celery and apple. Add to drained tuna, dressing and cranberries. Mix together and serve over lettuce or in a deli flats roll.


Serves 4- 1 cup portions
