Shell Casserole

Introduction

Quick Meal Quick Meal
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 servings of 80% lean hamburger (1lb)
    4 servings of Darielle Pasta, Low Carb Pasta, Elbow or Shell
    2 Cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 Cup of French Style Green Beans
    Salt and Pepper to taste.
    1 Cup of Sour Cream

Directions

Place hamburger in a large pan or crockpot. Mix soup, water, green beans and salt and pepper together in another bowl. Add that to the uncooked hamburger. Let cook for 30 minutes and then add the precooked noodles for the last 30 minutes. Cook on high. Drop down to warm and add 1 cup of Sour Cream if desired.

  • so ... sounds like it could be good. but let's use extra lean ground beef, wheat pasta, the healthy choice cream of mushroom, and light sour cream. rinse the green beans extra well to get all the juices and salt off ... maybe it'll be a little better - 6/13/08
