Tonya's Chicken Stir Fry

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1/2 to 1 whole Chicken breast
    1 cup Sugar snap peas
    2 cups broccoli
    1 cup sliced water chestnuts (optional)
    4 to 8 oz Sliced baby bella mushrooms, sauteed
    1 cup fresh sliced carrots
    4 med to large garlic cloves, minced or chooped
    1 cups cooked parboiled rice or chinese noodles (optional)
    4 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp Accent
    1 tbsp olive for chicken; dash for mushrooms

Directions

marinate chicken overnight in 4 tbsp of low-sodium soy sauce and 1 tsp of accent seasoning,

steam all veggies, except for mushrooms,

sautee mushrooms in 1/2 pat of butter and a dash of olive oil, add in chestnuts remove from skillet

In same skillet heat olive oil and garlic, cook for 1 minute add chicken, cook until juice are clear; add all veggies, cook 1 minute longer

Arrange on bed of rice or noodles
