Pineapple-Berry Grahams

Introduction

This is low cal sweet treat that is also tasty. This is low cal sweet treat that is also tasty.
Number of Servings: 32

Ingredients

    1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O Vanilla instant Pudding
    1 cup thawed Cool Whip Lite
    16 Honey Maid Low Fat Cinnamon Grahams (broken in half to make 32 squares)
    8 fresh strawberries sliced into 4 slices each.

Directions

Mix the pineapple (undrained) and the dry pudding mix in a medium sized bowl.
Gently stir in Cool Whip Lite
Refrigerate : 30 min

Spoon 1 Tbsp of the mixture onto each graham cracker square. This should be done just before serving, so the Grahams do not get soggy.
Top each one with a strawberry slice.

Makes 32 servings, one topped graham cracker each.
