Introduction

These delicious meatballs are satisfying, tasty, and yummylicious! The perfect comfort food! These delicious meatballs are satisfying, tasty, and yummylicious! The perfect comfort food!
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    Ground turkey, 93/7
    Egg
    Bread Crumbs, Parmesan
    Parmesan cheese, grated
    Diced onions, red peppers, and fresh garlic
    Cayenne pepper
    Italian seasoning
    Pepper
    Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Spray oil on foiled cookie sheet
Dice about 1/4 cup of onions and red peppers and saute in olive oil, add 3 gloves of diced fresh garlic and let mixture cool about 10 minutes. Then add egg, bread crumbs, parmesean cheese, pepper, salt, and seasoning and mix.
Add Turkey, and kneed all ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
Shape into about 18 meatballs. Bake for 10 minutes, flip, then bake another 10 minutes!
