Ingredients

    ground beef
    canned chopped tomatoes
    2 cans bush's chili beans
    1 can kidney beans
    1 pk mccormick chili seasoning
    1/2 green pepper
    1 onion
    3 stalks celery
    10 baby carrots
    2 small cans tomatoe sauce

Directions

brown ground beef with onion, celery & green pepper...drain
add all canned beans and tomatoes & sauce to pot...add meat & carrots, bring to a boil....simmer 35 minutes or til carrots are soft...serve with green onions & cheddar cheese if desired....makes 25 1 cup servings
