Italian Pork Dinner

Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    3 Pork Chops 3-4 ounces
    1 to 1.5 cups of Fat Free Italian Dressing
    2 Cups of Green beans
    2 Cups of Corn
    2 tbsp of butter, margarine, etc.
    1 Cup milk
    1 Cup of mixed peppers (green bell, red bell, yellow bell, onions)
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Turn the oven to 400. Place the pork on foil, pour the dressing over the pork. wrap the pork in the foil as if it were a bag. Cook for about 1 hour.

Mix the peppers, green beans, and one tablespoon of butter in pot and cook on stove. A pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

Put the corn, milk, remaining 1 tbsp of butter in a different pot. Salt and pepper to taste, cook on stove.

Makes 3 servings.
