Ingredients

1 T canola oil
2 c. chopped shiitake mushrooms
2 c. chopped onion
1.5 c. diced onion
5 c. chicken broth
4 c. chopped kale
1.5 c. chopped turkey breast
4 c. chopped kale
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil. Saute mushrooms, onion and carrots 5 minutes.
Add broth, wild rice, turkey breast, kale and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer 60 minutes on the stove top or put in a slow cooker for 6-8 hours.
