Turkey Lasagna w/ spinach

Introduction

wanted something better for you then regular lasagna. wanted something better for you then regular lasagna.

Ingredients

    Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Grain Lasagna noddles, 9 oz (12noddles)
    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz
    whole Black Olives, 6oz can (sliced)
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 16 oz
    Cheddar Cheese, 16 oz
    Ragu Six Cheese Spaghetti Sauce, 9 cup
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 15 oz
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 4 tbsp
    italian style turkey sausage, 16 oz
    Spinach, fresh, 6 cup

Directions

Cook both meats and set aside
boil noddles
grate cheese both mozzarella and cheddar
mix ricotta with Parmesan and 1tbsp Italian seasoning

Preheat oven:350

I use 2 glass pans 8x11 and 11x13. now we begin to layer starting with some sauce 3 cups, then 6 noodles, 1/2 the ricotta mix, 3 cups spinach, 3 cups meat mix, 2cups mozzarella, 2 cups cheddar and 1/2 the olives. now on to layer two.sauce 3 cups, then 6 noodles, the rest of ricotta mix, 3 cups spinach, rest of meat mix, rest of the sauce, rest of mozzarella, rest of cheddar and rest of the olives.

Remember that you are using 2 pans and ingredients need to be split between the pans.

put into the oven for 20 mins, just long enough to heat it up and melt the cheese. the 8x11=12 servings and the 11x13=15 servings for a total of 27 servings!
