Introduction

Great alternative to sour cream and/or salsa. Great alternative to sour cream and/or salsa.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 Avacado, roughly chopped
    1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, roughly chopped
    1 bundle Green Onions, roughly chopped
    2 cloves Garlic, Finely minced
    Juice from 1 lime or lemon (fresh squeezed)
    Salt (to taste)

Directions

Roughly chop avacado, tomatoes, onions, and garlic. Mix in a bowl. Juice lime over top. Add a dash of salt (coarse sea salt) to taste. Serve over tacos, fajitas, buritos, or use as a dip for tortilla or pita chips.
